VISUAL. ( gallery ) 163cm of pure beauty. Elysia has long pink hair that she keeps tied up on a low ponytail. Her eyes are blue with pink pupils - don't be received by her purple eyes in her Herrscher form! Her usual outfit is a white top and black shorts with long black stockings, along with a little black shawl with an off-the-shoulder style. She also wears a white, black, and lilac cape at her waist, which has a fur trimming at the end.

DEMEANOR. Elysia is very friendly towards everyone. She describes herself as only spending time and effort on the people she likes and the things she finds interesting, but that matters little, since she finds everything and everyone interesting anyway. She's very honest about her feelings and cares a lot about humanity, being the most precious thing to her. "Treat everyone sincerely, face everything with passion, follow your heart, never forget your roots" - these are the things Elysia lives by.
AURAL. She's incredibly soft-spoken and girlish in her speech. Marina Inoue voices her in Japanese and Yanning voices her in Chinese. Honkai Impact 3rd does not have a Korean or English dub, but since Cyrene is a variant of her in Honkai: Star Rail, it can be assumed she shares the same Korean and English voice actresses - Jo Kyeong-i in Korean, and Aiden Dawn in English.

Elysia's Natural Soul is of the Spectral type - she has been imbued with the soul of an Angel, the biblically accurate kind. As sim Elysia was fused with her friends' sims to delete the Elysian Realm and bring down the Herrscher of Corruption, her Shifting and Corruption will have traits reminiscent of each of her friends as well, inspired by the Elysian Angels fanmade animation.

Elysia is nigh-unrecognizable save for her long, beautiful pink hair, and elf ears. She dons thirteen pairs of wings and thirteen pairs of eyes, each corresponding to her and her friends.

- She's constantly levitating, but she cannot fly in spite of the wings.
- When she speaks, her voice sounds like several different people are speaking at the same time.
- She does not have her general demeanor; instead, she feels far more "unfeeling", and might even lean towards uncaring and dismissive of others.
- As all of her eyes are functional, she has chronic migraines in this form; because of that, some of her many eyes will sometimes close for extended periods of time, while others will open after being closed for a while.
PHYSICAL CHANGES:
- ( reference ) Her Kevin-inspired wings are the only ones that seem to lack feathers; it is in fact a glamour, appearing as skeletal wings with cloth for feathers. Upon touch and under the sunlight, the glamour disappears, revealing that this pair of wings are indeed made of soft, yet cold to the touch feathers. It is also the only pair of wings where the bones supporting it (humerus and ulna) seem to be showing. This pair of wings are located slightly underneath her shoulders, and the corresponding blue eyes are right above her own.
- ( reference ) Elysia's own wings are the ones most reminiscent of the modern-day rendition of angels. They're slightly pink in color, with beautiful, glossy feathers that look perfectly maintained no matter the angle. This pair of wings are located in the middle of her back where wings typically spawn, and there are no changes to her eyes.

The feathers are short but mostly ruffled, and they are the most expressive of the thirteen pairs, responding to Elysia's current emotions. In her Shifted form, due to Elysia's emotions being dulled, they are mostly unmoving. This pair of wings are located on her lower back, sprouting from her tail bone, and the corresponding eyes (right teal, left dark blue) are .

Elysia's Corrupted form only appropriates the wings from her Shifted form. Please check the above dropdown for more information on her wings!

- She now has her Pardofelis-inspired wings. Unlike her Shifted form, in her Corrupted form, this pair of wings are very expressive, acting almost similar to a cat's tail.

Elysia was born "out of nothing", being the first Herrscher of the Previous Era, living as a kid in where the country of Russia is located in the Current Era. She grew with a fierce love and desire to help humanity, which led her to become a part of the MOTHs - the organization responsible for combating the Honkai and Herrschers. During the Previous Era, Elysia was the only Herrscher to have a desire to help humanity, while all the others had a desire for destruction. For this reason, she concealed her identity, not revealing to anyone she was, in fact, a Herrscher herself since birth.
Soldiers that were compatible and willing would pass through the MANTIS surgery, where they would be fused with a Honkai Beast and gain superhuman abilities - however, most times, it would also come with a price. After the Tragedy of Binding, humanity suffered a great blow to their forces, and only thirteen MANTISes remained alive.
Elysia united the surviving MANTISes (herself, Kevin, Aponia, Eden, Vill-V, Kalpas, Su, Sakura, Kosma, Mobius, Griseo, Hua and Pardofelis) and made a pitch for the MOTHs for the creation of the Flame-Chasers group. The pitch was denied, however, saying that the group was composed of too many unstable and unpredictable people - "over half the members are not fit to be heroes." A counter-proposal was made, which would only accept five out of the thirteen as the Flame-Chasers group (Elysia, Kevin, Hua, Su and Vill-V), but Elysia rejected it on the basis that she would go with everyone or no one. As such, the Flame-Chasers proposal was ultimately rejected, and the group was never formally recognized by the MOTHs.
That didn't stop Elysia into making the actual group a reality. With the help of Eden and Mobius, they made the Golden Courtyard into the Elysian Realm, where the members would store their memories and feelings for all eternity as pieces of data. She made a rank for everyone in the group - at first, Elysia tried to make herself the leader and first ranked, but ultimately decided that would be a better position for Kevin, the Hero of Humanity, and made herself as the second-ranked in the end.
The Flame-Chasers didn't have many opportunities to work together, however, and ended up never fully doing so. As the next Herrscher rose, the Herrscher of Corruption, Sakura ended up being killed, and the last three cities in the planet were nuked by the rogue Herrscher, with the tower they were standing in being the last place with humans alive. Seeing as the morale of the whole group reached an all-time low, Elysia decided that the "leading actress should play the charming villain for a change". She organized a banquet, on which she revealed her identity as the 13th Herrscher to those present - the Herrscher of Origin, as well as the Herrscher of Human. In her last moments, Elysia asked to those present if she managed to have, finally, become human, and not just a Herrscher - to which all responded that there was no doubt about that.
Elysia's sacrifice brought a fighting chance to the Current Era, in the end. Thanks to her death, the Herrschers of the Current Era had a chance to keep their sanity and not lose their minds to the Honkai - and so, the new Herrschers in this era could be able to fight for Humanity.
