I'd like to float the idea of having designated Augmented - those who actually want to help - to be 'assigned', in a sense, to districts in the city to keep an eye on things. Help out the locals, have their faces known, be seen as reliable and trustworthy. It will help us to have a pulse on the populace and start to see if there are signs of concern.
